Vania Oliveira is a results-driven software engineer and co-founder of CodeCraft Solutions, with over six years of experience delivering high-impact digital products. What sets Vania apart is her ability to align business goals with technical execution. She works closely with clients to understand their challengesand transforms those insights into seamless digital experiences — balancing functionality, performance, and user experience.

She leads projects from concept to launch, combining technical precision with a deep understanding of user needs to build scalable, high-performing solutions. Her background in writing, art, and athletics brings a unique blend of discipline and creativity to every project.translate client visions into seamless, scalable digital products.

Vania holds a diploma in Computer Studies and Information Systems from Douglas College and has advanced her expertise through specialized training in mobile and web development, UI/UX design, and database systems. Her technical stack includes ReactJS, React Native, Node.js, Python, C#, and MySQL — tools she has used to build robust solutions for both startups and established organizations.

Filipe Oliveira

Filipe Oliveira brings a powerful blend of technical, analytical, and business expertise to CodeCraft Solutions. With a foundation in computer science, economics, and data analytics and over a decade of professional experience across banking, finance, and customer relations, Filipe excels at translating complex client needs into clear, actionable technical requirements that drive real results.

His career includes working with major public banks in Brazil and top Canadian organizations, where he specialized in understanding client goals, managing large data systems, and delivering strategic insights through data analytics. Filipe holds post-secondary credentials in Applied Data Analytics, Database Administration and Design, and Financial Planning, along with a B.Sc. degree in Economics. His technical skills span SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau, and advanced Excel, allowing him to bridge the gap between business strategy and digital execution with ease.
